Carl Zietz

Mr. Zietz has over 30 years of experience in design and construction management of large civil, transportation, industrial and other public works projects and has been responsible for managing design and constructability reviews, project control activities, quality programs, certification of construction, and supervision of construction management personnel. He has extensive field construction experience and has supervised over 40 project engineers and field inspectors.
