Mathias Métayer

Mathias M. currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at PureLi since March 2024. Previously, Mathias held the position of Business Development Manager at the New Jersey Innovation Institute from September 2022 to March 2024, overseeing the commercialization of the New Jersey Institute of Technology's patent portfolio. At Princeton University, Mathias worked as a Technology Licensing Assistant from January to September 2022, where responsibilities included marketing new technologies, managing intellectual property, and drafting various agreements. Mathias also has experience as a Team Lead at Bayer Pharmaceuticals/Rutgers MBS, an Inside Sales Associate at Bon Opus Biosciences, and an Inspector/Surveyor at Pivotal Retail Group. Early in the career, Mathias served as a Researcher at Algene and as a Research Assistant at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
