Maria Shunina

Maria Shunina is an experienced engineer specializing in piping and layout design, currently serving as a Piping & Layout Engineer at Aker Solutions since January 2019. Previous roles include Engineer Developer at Clean Cargo AS, where responsibility encompassed pipeline system design and stress analysis, as well as participation in the Global Startup Youth Pitch Competition as a selected participant for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in 2013. Maria began their career as an Intern-researcher at Northern (Arctic) Federal University, contributing to research projects, and as an Assistant Design Engineer at Group of Companies Optimist, focusing on ventilation systems design. Maria holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Narvik University College, a Specialist degree in Woodworking Technology from Northern (Arctic) Federal University, and has pursued postgraduate studies in Technology and Equipment.
