With extensive experience as a business and technology lawyer, Melissa specializes in transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and joint ventures, particularly within the supply chain and industrial services industries. Also acting as a Strategic Advisor for InFront Compliance, Melissa contributes to a platform aimed at risk reduction and compliance simplification for regulated entities.
