Sercan Köçer

Sercan Köçer currently serves as the Sustainability Manager at Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.S., starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Sercan held the position of Environmental Process Leader at Enerjisa Üretim from June 2013 to November 2023, where responsibilities included serving as the Site Environmental Specialist for the Tufanbeyli Lignite Powered TPP and coordinating with the central environmental team during the project's construction phase. Following the project's completion, Sercan transitioned to the role of Environmental Engineer during the operation phase of the power plant. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer at Gelal Socks Industry from August 2012 to May 2013, a textile company producing socks for major global brands. Sercan Köçer holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi (2007-2011) and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences from Gazi University (2020-2023).
