Pamela Harvey

Pamela Harvey is an experienced executive in the field of Total Rewards and Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Akumin® since April 2024. Previously, Pamela held the role of Vice President, Global Total Rewards at BeautyHealth and Vice President, Total Rewards at Clario, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and Covanta, where significant contributions were made in establishing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for large employee bases across multiple countries. With a strong background in HR operations, Pamela also served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Jackson Hewitt, focusing on strategic leadership in various HR functions.
