Previously, at Rockwell Automation, Neha held the positions of Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Advisor. Neha's tenure at Schneider Electric included positions as AGM - HR for Talent Acquisition and leadership hiring, as well as senior management roles focusing on campus hiring and employer branding. At WNS, Neha advanced through various roles culminating as Group Manager for Leadership Hiring and Quality COE. Neha began professional career at Toluna as Sr. Executive in HR.
