Malika Yakhyabaeva

Malika Yakhyabaeva has extensive experience in leadership and human resources within various sectors, particularly in construction and telecommunications. At Al Ghurair Investment since May 2013, Malika has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Vice President - Business Partner for the Engineering Cluster, overseeing specialized building services and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior to this, Malika served as Head of Division at MTS Group, a major telecommunications provider in Russia and the CIS, and gained initial experience with roles at Dubai Duty Free and Uzdunrobita JV. Malika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Moscow University for Industry and Finance “Synergy” and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Omsk State University.
