David Strange

David Strange is an accomplished Technical Director with extensive experience in live television production. At ITN, beginning in March 2023, David oversees vision mixing for high-profile news programs for ITV and Channel 4. Previously, from August 2011 to March 2023, David served as a Senior Studio Operator at Al Jazeera Media Network, managing operations and training staff across various technical roles. David has also held technical director positions at Flux Broadcast, directing live streams for major events such as the DGTL festival in Amsterdam and Advertising Week Europe. David's early career included research and production roles at various media companies, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Culture and Media Studies from Coventry University. Key achievements include excelling in high-pressure environments and effectively collaborating with senior operations staff.
