Mohammed Haddad

Mohammed Haddad is a Senior Interactive Producer at Al Jazeera Media Network, leading a team of five data journalists to create compelling visual and analytical stories since February 2011. In addition to this role, Mohammed serves as a data journalism speaker, participating in events such as the BIGD8TA Symposium at Northwestern University. Previously, Mohammed worked as an Interactive Journalist at Al Jazeera English, maintaining the channel's interactive web content, and completed an internship in IT advisory at KPMG Advisory. Mohammed's early experience includes serving as a Country Representative for the Bab ı Alem International Student Association and an internship with Al Jazeera Satellite Network. Academically, Mohammed has a strong background in Information Systems and Operations Research, holding multiple degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa, along with language training in Turkish.
