Margaret George

Margaret George, a PROSCI Lead Change Practitioner and Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), has extensive experience in organization development and human resources management. Currently serving as the Organization Development Manager at Al Khayyat Investments since January 2021, Margaret has held various significant positions including Group Human Resources Manager at Planet One Group, and Senior Manager of HR Strategy at Etisalat, where responsibilities included manpower planning and strategic HR alignment. Previous roles also encompass HR Manager at Dubai Development Authority, Senior OD Advisor at Petrofac, and Assistant HR Manager at Ducab, focusing on organizational development, recruitment, and performance management. Margaret holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Madras University and is currently pursuing a General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
