Roni John

Roni John is an experienced Lead Mechanical BIM Modeler currently working at AL REEM HOSPICO CO. LLC since July 2023. Previously, Roni held the position of Mechanical BIM Modeler Leed at Omnix International from February to June 2023 and served as a BIM Modeler at HOMESTEAD GENERAL CONTRACTING from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included preparing Revit models in accordance with schematic drawings and coordinating various HVAC systems. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Command Tech Cad and IT PVT LTD, focusing on MEP modeling and HVAC design, and as an Execution Engineer at BS CONSTRUCTIONS, overseeing project alignment and manpower management. Roni holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, obtained in November 2014.
