Roger Prenevost is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Regional Partner at Alair Homes since July 2013, Roger manages projects focused on custom home building, renovations, and energy-efficient standards like Energy Star™, Net Zero™, and Passive House. Previously, as Owner/President of Tropics North from December 1993 to July 2014, Roger led the development of award-winning architectural building products and successfully completed hundreds of projects across Canada and the United States, specializing in high-rise, hospitality, and retail sectors.
