Sam Guterman

Sam Guterman is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Alair Homes since September 2023, Sam has previously held roles such as Commercial Property Manager at Dollinger Properties, Project Engineer and Project Coordinator at South Bay Construction, and Surgical Consultant at Evolution Surgical, Inc. Early career experiences include roles as an Office Administrator and Junior Superintendent at South Bay Construction and an internship in Marketing and Business Development at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, obtained in 2016.
