Laura McCracken

Laura McCracken is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager currently employed at Pursuit Collection since June 2019. Previously, Laura held multiple roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from February 2015 to June 2019, including Small Outlets Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager, and Food and Beverage Captain. Laura earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph, completing the degree in April 2013.
