Wesley Choy

Wesley Choy is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Pursuit Collection since April 2023, Choy previously held the same title at Alyeska Resort from November 2020 to April 2023, and also served as Executive Chef during that time. Choy’s culinary journey includes significant roles as Executive Chef at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge from April 2016 to November 2020 and Owner/Chef at Pasta Fresh, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2015. Early career experience includes various cook positions across notable establishments, providing a strong foundation in culinary arts. Choy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alfred University and a Culinary Arts degree from Vancouver Community College.
