Theresa Warnaar

Theresa Warnaar is the Senior Vice President of Retail at Alate Partners. Theresa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting their career as an analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge. Theresa then worked their way up to director, manager, and eventually vice president positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge before moving to KingSett Capital in 2016. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations for Alate Partners.

Theresa Warnaar has an extensive educational background in authentic leadership development and urban and regional planning. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and an Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
