Brittany Codianna, MBA, currently serves as a Project Manager and Professional Services Consultant at AlayaCare since December 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director of Operations at Caring People, overseeing operations across three branches in Texas, ensuring compliance, fiscal management, and personnel recruitment from October 2020 to December 2021. Previously, Brittany held various positions at Hartford HealthCare from December 2012 to September 2020, including Operations Manager, where operational policies were developed and implemented, and Supervisor of Client Care, where significant growth in in-home services was achieved. Brittany also worked as a Data Analyst at The Institute for the Study of Violent Groups in 2013-2014, focusing on social media analysis for research.
