Monika Yadav

Monika Yadav is a seasoned Technical Services Consultant with extensive experience at AlayaCare since May 2021, where responsibilities have included leading data migration projects for Enterprise clients, developing turn-key API integrations, and serving as a subject matter expert for custom Data Exploration reports and SQL report generation. Previously, Monika held various roles at LCBO from November 2018 to May 2021, including Technical Service Engineer and Customer Service Representative, effectively managing daily operations and contributing to the successful 'Curbside Pickup' project. Monika began a career in software engineering at L&T Infotech from August 2011 to June 2014, focusing on software implementation for the insurance and banking sectors while earning recognition as "Employee of the Month." Monika holds a Master's degree in Electronic Business Technologies from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rajasthan Technical University.
