Anil Kumar KV is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in resource planning and retention strategies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Albatha HPC Group since April 2018, Anil previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Valmont Industries, Inc. from August 2008 to April 2018, where efforts in designing a Rewards and Incentive program resulted in a remarkable employee retention rate of 99%. Anil began the career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Bharti Airtel between April 2007 and June 2008, focusing on recruitment processes and strategies.
