Sebastien Frambourt has extensive experience in quality management and production leadership, currently serving as Responsable qualité at Albéa Group since January 2009, where responsibilities include the management of quality systems adhering to ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 standards, ensuring product compliance, implementing company quality policy, and managing customer relations. Prior experience includes roles at ALCAN PACKAGING as Responsable progrès continu, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives, and at Cebal, where Sebastien held several positions including Chef d’atelier and Chef d’équipe, overseeing the production of printed plastic tubes for the cosmetic and luxury industries. Early career included a role as Chef d’équipe at EUROTUBE PACKAGING and as Regleur conducteur de ligne automatisée at Cebal. Education includes a Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification from Centre de formation Alcan and a DUT in mechanical engineering from IUT de Reims, supported by a Bac C from Lycée Pierre Bayen.
