Marjan Bastiaansen-Ars

Marjan Bastiaansen-Ars is currently serving as a member of the College van Bestuur at Albero Scholen since July 2023 and as a member of the raad van toezicht at VO Zeeuws-Vlaanderen since September 2022. Previously, Marjan held the position of voorzitter at the College van Bestuur for Stichting SOM from June 2021 to July 2023. Marjan’s career includes significant roles such as an inspector for primary education at Inspectie van het Onderwijs from September 2013 to June 2021, an advisor for primary education at RPCZ from February 2011 to September 2013, and as a director of primary education at Open Basis en LeerTij from September 2006 to February 2011. Marjan began the journey in the field of education as a primary school teacher at O.b.s de Meerpaal from August 1991 to July 2006. Marjan holds a Master SEN degree from the Seminarium voor Orthopedagogiek and a degree from Pabo te Middelburg.
