Kee-Young Chang

Kee-Young Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment attraction and business development, currently serving as a Senior Investment Attraction Officer for the Government of Alberta since February 2015. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Officer and various positions in commercial roles focused on agriculture and agri-food. Prior to joining the Government of Alberta, Kee-Young Chang held director positions at the Korea National Food Cluster, Korea Marine Industry Association, and The European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea, along with management experience at the Busan Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Kee-Young Chang holds a Master's degree in International Trade & Commerce from Pusan National University and is actively furthering education at Wavteq Institute.
