Randell Bailey

Randell Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management, policy analysis, and program coordination. Currently serving as Change Management Lead at Edmonton International Airport since July 2022, Randell previously held positions such as Policy Analyst with the Government of Alberta and Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Justice, where significant contributions included implementing Jamaica's National Child Diversion Programme. Randell's expertise extends to strategic planning, staff management, and stakeholder engagement, evident from roles as Corporate Planning Analyst at the Real Estate Board and Manager of Research & Development at the Child Development Agency, where leadership in research initiatives and policy guidance was paramount.
