Cyril Perroy

Cyril Perroy serves as the Directeur Juridique at Albioma since January 2010, bringing extensive legal expertise to the role. Prior to this position, Cyril held the title of Responsable Juridique Pôle Amont at POWEO from June 2007 to December 2009, and worked as Juriste M&A at GDF SUEZ between 1999 and 2007. Cyril's academic credentials include an LL.M. in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Minnesota Law School, a D.E.S.S. in International Business Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), and a Licence de Droit Privé from the same institution. Additionally, Cyril is pursuing a Maîtrise in Business Law at London Metropolitan University, with studies ongoing since 1993.
