Glenda Beecher

Glenda Beecher is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in legal services and workplace relations. Since February 2023, Glenda has served as the Director of Employee Relations at Albury Wodonga Health, while also holding board member positions at Beechworth Health Service and Wodonga Institute of TAFE since November 2019 and August 2018, respectively. Additionally, Glenda is the Principal at Hilltop Advisors since August 2018. Previous roles include Manager of People and Workplace at Wodonga Council from July 2020 to January 2023, and Manager of People and Governance at Rural City of Wangaratta from April 2019 to July 2020. Glenda holds a BJuris/LLB (Hons) and LLM in Law from Monash University and is recognized for a clear thinking and practical approach in their field.
