Dale Richards

Dale Richards currently serves as the Production Manager for the Smelter at Alcoa since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dale was the Manager of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality at Nyrstar from April 2020 to May 2023. Between January 2016 and March 2020, Dale held the position of General Manager at Norske Skog. Dale's extensive experience at Rio Tinto spanned from January 1992 to January 2016, where roles included Manager of Metal Products, Business Improvement Manager, Manager of Carbon Products, and various managerial and engineering positions within the Reduction operations. Dale is an alumnus of the University of Tasmania.
