Dulcimar Soares serves as the ABS/EHS and Institutional Relations Manager at Alcoa since June 2009, overseeing the management system for health, safety, and the environment, as well as institutional relations and communication. Dulcimar possesses extensive experience in the implementation of Human Performance Science, applying this expertise not only within the areas of health, safety, and the environment but also across related fields. Additionally, Dulcimar has held the position of ABS and EHS Manager at ALUMAR since 2009, further contributing to professional capabilities in environmental health and safety management.
