Logappriya Rajendran

Logappriya Rajendran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in order to cash operations and employee training and engagement. Currently serving as Training Manager and Employee Experience Practice Lead at Alcon since March 2020, Logappriya previously held various managerial roles at IBM from December 2007 to April 2018, overseeing teams across Australia/New Zealand, ASEAN, India/South Asia, and the Americas to enhance operational efficiency and drive productivity through transformation projects. Logappriya's experience also includes a role as Order to Cash Manager at Orange Business Services from July 2018 to March 2020. Logappriya holds a Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) in Media Innovation & Management from Multimedia University, completed in 2007.
