Zac Blanchard

Zac Blanchard has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Alcool NB Liquor since July 2013. In this role, Zac is involved in the development and implementation of internal software as a Project Galileo Channel Sales Key User and has created standard operating procedures for retail stores. Previous roles include Acting Manager, where management of daily operations and team performance was a focus, and Product Advisor, responsible for product knowledge training. Zac began the career as a Customer Service Representative and gained foundational experience in retail at The Box Sporting Goods and Volkswagen Group Canada. Additionally, Zac worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Canadian Red Cross, coordinating programs and recruitment. Education includes a diploma from the University of New Brunswick and a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
