Joe Biland

Joe Biland currently serves as ITSM Manager at Alcority since September 2024. Prior to this, Joe held multiple leadership roles at maurices, including Senior Director of Infrastructure and Support and Director of IT Service Management, where responsibilities focused on managing $15M in Managed IT Services and overseeing IT operations for approximately 900 locations. Joe's experience also includes directing infrastructure support and operations at Neiman Marcus Group, leading a team of over 200 professionals, and managing vendor relationships. Joe started in IT at Verizon and ANTEROS CAPITAL LIMITED, where Joe managed retail application support and trading application operations, respectively. Joe holds a BA in Government from Harvard University and a JD in Law from SMU Dedman School of Law.
