Mindy Runion has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Currently serving as a Branch Partner at ALCOVA Mortgage since January 2017, Mindy specializes in financing options for primary, secondary, and investment properties, including various loan types such as conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and more. Previously, Mindy held the position of Senior Loan Originator at PrimeLending from May 2013 to December 2014, focusing on residential financing. Earlier career roles included Mortgage Loan Officer positions at BB&T and SunTrust Mortgage, as well as serving as a Licensed Team Manager at Keller Williams, where assistance was provided in listings, contracts, and closings for one of Western North Carolina's top realtors.
