Benoit Grisoni

Benoit Grisoni is currently a Board Member at ALD Automotive. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Business Partner from October 2015 to October 2019. Their responsibilities included career management for ALD Holding employees, compensation and benefits, talents detection and succession planning, designing and deployment of development programs for international talents, international mobility, recruitment, training, evaluation, HR reporting, and labor law issues. From June 2014 to November 2015, they were a Corporate Credit Analyst for Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB, and from September 2010 to June 2014, they were the HR Talents & Projects manager for Societe Generale. From January 2009 to September 2010, they were the HR Project Manager for Societe Generale.

Benoit Grisoni holds a Master in Human Resources Administration from Moscow University of Economy and Statistics (MESI) and a Master Ingénierie RH from Université Paris Descartes.
