Teodor Ungureanu

Teodor Ungureanu is an experienced Information Technology Support Analyst currently employed at Ayvens since June 2023, where responsibilities include troubleshooting and managing various IT systems and processes such as ticketing systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure/Intune, and VPNs, while also facilitating major incident communications across support teams. Prior to this role, Teodor served as a CPM Consultant at Inulta, a Software Engineer Intern at TotalSoft, and an IT Support Technician at ACROM. Teodor holds an MSc in Security of IT Systems and Networks and a BSc in Computer Science from Titu Maiorescu University, completed in 2022 and 2020, respectively.
