Caitlin Lefroy

Caitlin L. is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of North America Sales at Aldevron since July 2024, Caitlin previously held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing at Oligo Factory from January 2024 to June 2024. Prior roles include North America Commercial Sales Director at LGC Biosearch Technologies from January 2020 to January 2024 and a series of progressive positions at Meridian Bioscience Inc. from January 2016 to December 2019, culminating in the role of National Sales Manager for Life Science. Earlier experience includes account management at D-Mark Biosciences and hands-on research at The University of British Columbia. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology from The University of British Columbia.
