Dan Gavin

Dan Gavin is an experienced real estate executive with a significant tenure at ALDI USA, currently serving as Vice President of National Real Estate since February 2016. In this role, Dan oversees the development, design, and construction of new and remodeled US stores, alongside the expansion of distribution centers. Dan’s leadership extends to the Systems and Sustainability, Facility Management, Analytics and Administration, and Warehouse Development teams, contributing to cohesive real estate life cycles and aggressive growth strategies. Prior to this, Dan held various roles within ALDI USA, including Divisional Vice President and Director of Operations, starting as a District Manager Trainee. Dan holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University.
