Paul Cordova currently serves as the Chief of Police for Aldine ISD, overseeing a team of 66 police officers and 13 support personnel responsible for the safety of 61,000 students across 111 square miles and 83 school campuses. Previously, Paul held the position of Chief of Police at Houston ISD, managing 215 officers serving 209,000 students and 29,000 employees over 300 square miles. Additional experience includes roles as Interim Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, and Police Captain at Rice University, and Senior Captain at the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Paul's education includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Management in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, along with multiple law enforcement management credentials from various institutes, including the FBI.
