Genevieve Field

Genevieve Field serves as the Director of Programmes at Ambition Institute since July 2018, leading the ITT strategy, national programme delivery, and partnerships to impact over 25,000 participants across various programmes. Genevieve has also held trustee roles in organizations such as LEO Academy Trust, Aldridge Education, and Education for the 21st Century, and serves as the SEND Link Governor at Ark Putney Academy. Previously, Genevieve held senior positions at Ark, including Head of Ark Teacher Training and Professional Tutor, and was a Professional Mentor at Harris Academy Purley, where substantial contributions were made to teacher training and development. Genevieve's academic qualifications include a PGCE, NPQSL, an M.A. in Fine Art, and a BFA in Printmaking and Photography.
