Arancha G. is an experienced human resources specialist currently working at ALE-HOP since January 2019, focusing on workplace climate and emotional salary. In addition, Arancha G. manages the Internal Communication app and collaborates with the Communication department. Prior to this role, Arancha G. gained practical experience in company management during an internship at ALE-HOP in 2018, where responsibilities included personnel selection and utilizing HR databases.
