Tamarah Florence

Tamarah Florence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and training across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training and Quality at Corpay since November 2022, Tamarah emphasizes the critical relationship between training and quality. At ALE Solutions, where employment began in June 2015, Tamarah has contributed as both Customer Experience Manager and Corporate Training Manager, overseeing customer service operations and collaborating with multiple departments. Previous roles include Independent Coach at Beachbody, Corporate Director of Operations at Surgical Instrument Service Company, and Co-founder and CFO at Advanced Material Services, LLC, and 1-800 TREE GUY. Tamarah is an alumna of Northern Illinois University.
