Carol Kemp

Carol Kemp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Alegeus since April 2024, Carol has held various leadership positions, including Vice President BFSI GTM Leader and Vice President Financial Services & Healthcare at TTEC since August 2021. Previously, Carol spent several years at Alegeus in roles such as VP Strategic Accounts and General Manager from July 2014 to July 2021, and as Strategic Account Manager. Earlier in the career, experience includes serving as Associate Director Ancillary Services at MVP from December 2007 to July 2014 and Accounting & Finance Manager at Northern Federal Credit Union from 2005 to 2007.
