Nikita Ribakovs

Nikita Ribakovs is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology professional with extensive experience in the sports management and Web3 sectors. As the Founder of Tournated since May 2023, Nikita developed a platform aimed at enhancing the management, growth, and monetization of sports organizations. Concurrently serving as Head of Partnerships for EMEA at Aleph Zero and previously in several roles including Partnerships and Integrations Manager and Ambassador, Nikita plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategic initiatives. In 2024, Nikita became a Web3 Mentor for Techstars, sharing expertise with emerging founders. Prior entrepreneurial ventures include founding Vertexo and working as a Full Stack Web Developer at adevo. Early career experiences include roles in data analysis and customer service. Nikita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business IT from Leeds Beckett University.
