Lisa Russell is the Co-Founder and Secretary of Aleria Research. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and COO of Aleria from February 2018 to June 2020. From August 2017 to November 2017, Lisa was a Business Strategy Impact Team Fellow at MovingWorlds. From April 2015 to August 2017, Lisa was the Co-Founder of Equity Directory. From April 2014 to July 2014, Lisa was an Adjunct Instructor at Startup Institute. From December 2013 to December 2015, Lisa was a Co-Founder and Workshop Facilitator at Pitch Training Camp. From June 2013 to October 2014, Lisa was the Director of Marketing at PointDrive. From October 2010 to July 2014, Lisa was the Co-Founder of Ms.Tech. From September 2010 to October 2014, Lisa was the Director of Sales at Fippex. From September 2006 to September 2010, Lisa was the Director of Sales at Terra Nova Financial, LLC. Lastly, from August 2004 to September 2006, Lisa was a Marketing Analyst & Account Specialist at RushTrade Securities, Inc.

Lisa Russell has completed a design kit course for human-centered design from +Acumen and IDEO.org Courses. Lisa has also completed a design track including beginner HTML & CSS and UX design courses from Starter League. Lisa has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Devry University.
