Darcy Santos

Darcy Santos currently serves as the National Director of Resident Programming at AlerisLife, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Corporate Director of Life Enrichment for American House Senior Living Communities from March 2019 to February 2024. Darcy has held various roles in entertainment and lifestyle management, including Director of Entertainment and Lifestyle at Boca Raton Resort & Club and Assistant Cruise Director at Seabourn Cruise Line. Additional experience encompasses positions with Holland America Line as an Entertainment Team member, roles in education and sound engineering at Ryman Hospitality Properties, and contributions to social media for country music artist Pam Tillis. Darcy's early career includes a role as a Featured Entertainer in Branson, Missouri. Darcy earned a degree in Communications from Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2004 to 2007, following graduation from Nixa High School in 2004.
