James F. Hughes

BS degree in Criminal Justice and MBA from Abilene Christian University. 32 year career with the Dallas Police Department. Twenty years in Narcotics, 15 of those years on the Drug Enforcement Administration Narcotics Task Force at DFW Airport. Developed the “Airline Ticket Profile” used to profile narcotics couriers by the way they purchased their airline tickets.
