Kelsey Scarlett

Kelsey Scarlett is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Attorney Investigator at Aleta Law since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as an Associate at Shipman & Goodwin LLP from September 2021 to January 2025. Kelsey began legal career as a Research Assistant and Legal Assistant under Professor Naomi Mann at Boston University School of Law from June 2020 to May 2021, and as a Student Attorney at the school's Access to Justice Civil Litigation Clinic from September 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Kelsey gained experience as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Labor in summer 2019 and as a Community Engagement and Research Associate at the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office from August 2017 to August 2018, focusing on community engagement and policy recommendations. Earlier in 2017, Kelsey completed a Compliance Intern role at Selective Insurance. Kelsey earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, following a Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and a High School Diploma from Princeton Day School.
