Jay Stewart

Jay Stewart is an accomplished Program Manager at Aleut Federal, overseeing the Air Force's BlueSCI Enterprise since October 2023. Previously, from October 2019, Jay served as the Director of Advanced Programs at the 16th Air Force, leading a diverse organization in providing special access program research and development support. Jay also held significant roles in intelligence, including Director of ISR for both the 24th and 25th Air Forces, and commanded the Space, Missiles, & Forces Intelligence Group at NASIC. With a robust military background, starting from the United States Air Force and including key positions such as Deputy Commander of the 624 Operations Center, Jay has demonstrated expertise in cyber operations and intelligence capabilities. Jay's educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the U.S. Naval War College and two other Master's degrees in military operational art and strategic intelligence, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Earth Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
