Ray Wilcox

Ray Wilcox is an accomplished military professional with extensive experience in leadership and intelligence operations. Currently serving as an Instructor for the U.S. Space Force Officer Training Course at Aleut Federal since June 2024, Ray previously held roles such as Workforce Intelligence & Transformation Fellow at Lockheed Martin Space, where Ray improved workforce planning tools and executive guidance. From July 2021 to December 2023, Ray was Chief of Influence Operations at NORAD & US Northern Command, leading a team in strategic messaging and intelligence integration. Ray has a proven track record at the United States Space Force, where Ray established the first ISR unit for Space Electronic Warfare, and in various capacities at Air Force Space Command and Air Force Special Operations Command. Ray's educational background includes a Master of Science in National Security, Intelligence & Analysis from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Campbell University.
