Amy Emmanuel

Amy Emmanuel serves as the Senior Director of Asset Management at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., overseeing the operations and performance of 500,000 square feet of office and laboratory space, managing 32 tenants with a focus on operational excellence and client relationships. Previous experience includes roles as Property Administrator at McCaffery Interests, where oversight of a 500,000 square foot retail and office portfolio was achieved, and as a Property Preservation Assistant at Mortgage Solutions II, LLC, coordinating REO property inspections and managing preservation bids. In addition to earlier duties as Office Manager at Trustworth Properties, LLC, Amy holds a Certified Property Manager designation from the IREM Institute of Real Estate Management and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
