The Operations Team ensures the smooth execution of Alexandria Symphony Orchestra's concerts and events by coordinating logistics, managing personnel, and overseeing stage preparations at both performance venues. The Director of Operations oversees the entire process, the Personnel Manager handles staffing requirements, and the Stage Manager takes care of stage setup and technical needs.
